We are conveniently located in the heart of Kure Beach, North Carolina, on Pleasure Island. It's a very short walk from our motel to the beach--just over 100 feet.
Also within easy walking distance are several fine restaurants, the post office, several convenience stores, and the famous Kure Fishing Pier, just two blocks down the beach.
The Kure Keys, located on Highway US 421, is very easy to find--in fact, it's almost impossible to miss. We offer ample parking for all our guests.
No matter which room you're staying in, it's always a very short walk from your car to your room or to the motel office. An oceanSIDE property, all the Kure Keys' rooms face parallel to the beach. You must step outside your room to see the beach, just 100 feet to your left.
The balcony on the east end of the second floor offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. From this covered deck you can watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf, or you can see if the fish are biting on Kure Pier. This deck is not a "private" balcony - it is available to all guests.
You haven't truly experienced a sunrise unless you've been here at daybreak...
Our regular rooms include two extra-long double beds and a small "dormer" refrigerator. The efficiency rooms have complete kitchens with microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and all tableware. All rooms have phones and, of course, cable TV complete with HBO and remote.
Every effort is made to ensure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant...
All rooms can accomodate four people comfortably. An optional rollaway bed/cot may serve a fifth person. Though we allow up to five people in each room, we do not recommend it. For groups of five or more, please consider a regular room adjacent to an efficiency - comfort, privacy, convenience.
